It's been a really crazy past few months, but I'm back! A whole lot of ugly money problems hit recently, but it's not stopping my plans entirely for Katsucon. I'm definitely going, even if it means only going for one day, and what a crazy day it's going to be!

I'm debuting two brand new cosplays: Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket and Psylocke from X-Men. I'm pretty freakin excited. Tohru just needs some minor alterations that I'll get around to. Hopefully I don't slice my hand open again like I did when I was hemming Noel ;-;...And Psylocke has just been ordered. I'm having the lovely and talented Lydia of Vengeance Designs create this one. I was going to do it myself with spandex and then said "fuck it, I want this done right and done in latex". So I'm super super excited for that. I mean, come on, it's freakin latex!

I already started booking shoots, and honestly, I think I'm pretty content with the 3 photographers I'm shooting with, especially since Mr. Mindfall is letting me borrow a katana for our Psylocke shoot ^-^

I'm pretty much content with just enjoying this con and shopping. I remember spending a good chunk of my wallet in the dealers room last Katsu. And who knows? I might finally break out that FlipCam I got myself from Christmas. Hopefully have my favorite person ever, Mike Napalm, record some of my shoots. Especially since I have some new editing software on my laptop I have yet to try out.

So as of now, for Saturday, February 18, and probably this is it, I'm shooting with:

Paul Karpey: (Tohru and Psylocke)-TBA
Mindfall: (Psylocke)-3pm
TheBigTog: (Psylocke, maybe Tohru if he has some extra time ^-^)-TBA

I'm not sure entirely how I'm breaking down the cosplays yet. More than likely, I'll wear Tohru from whenever the con starts until 1 or 2. Get food, and then change into Psylocke. I'm not sure how long I'll be in that either since it's kinda latex and stuff. Not to mention crazy heels I'm wearing with it xD...So yeah, a possibility of me going back into Tohru. Or maybe I'll just throw on regular clothes. It's a con. I play them by ear. If I'm lucky though, I'll be down there for more than a day. I kind of just don't see that happening since the hotel and parking are so much and money is kind of tight right now. But yeah, enough of my rambling. At least for now xD
